• Integrate chatbots into websites using our embedding technology
• Monitor chatbot performance through analytics and reporting tools
• Access various AI models including OpenAI GPT and Google Gemini

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Our Service offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

• Free Plan: Limited features with basic chatbot functionality
• Hobby Plan: Enhanced features for personal projects
• Standard Plan: Professional features for small businesses
• Pro Plan: Advanced features for enterprises

Billing is processed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits:

• Monthly message credits based on your plan
• Number of AI agents you can create
• Storage limits for training data
• API call limits for integrations

Users must not exceed their plan limits or engage in activities that could harm our infrastructure or other users' experience.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Create chatbots that impersonate individuals or organizations deceptively
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI models

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of chatbot responses.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BITCORE AIGENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
